FortisBC maintenance rebate
Could your tune-up qualify for $50 back?
FortisBC lists a $50 rebate for eligible furnace or boiler service, with a maximum of one furnace or boiler service rebate per household. The rebate comes from FortisBC after an approved application; it is not an instant discount from the $119 service price.

- Keep your paid service receipt and FortisBC gas account details.
- Apply to FortisBC within 60 days of the service invoice date.
Residential FortisBC gas account eligibility, contractor and service requirements, and rebate approval are determined by FortisBC. Review the current program terms.
Potential FortisBC rebate
For an eligible furnace service. If approved, the effective service cost is $69 before tax after the $50 rebate. You still pay the full $119 + tax at the time of service.

Before you book
Does the $119 include repairs?
The $119 + tax offer is for a furnace tune-up. If the technician finds a fault or recommends additional work, we will explain the next step and provide a quote before any separate repair proceeds.
Do I get the FortisBC rebate immediately?
No. You pay the $119 + tax service price. Eligible customers apply to FortisBC after service, within 60 days of the invoice date. FortisBC decides eligibility and approval.
Can you help if my furnace is already broken?
Yes. Tell us your furnace is not working when you contact us so we can discuss a repair visit rather than a routine tune-up. Repair pricing may differ.
What if I need a new furnace?
Canadian Pacific Heating & Cooling also provides furnace installation. Contact us with your system details and we can discuss the next step.
