This is the second time we have had service by Sam. He has always shown up when he said and done excellent work.

I had a great experience with Canadian Pacific Heating. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the heat pump works and how to operate it properly. They answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood the settings and maintenance requirements before finishing.

The installation and instruction were handled efficiently, and I appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. I would definitely recommend Canadian Pacific Heating to anyone looking for professional heat pump service.

Sam is THE guy to get your heat pump. He will dicuss all options before installation. He completed the job in a very timely fashion. We are very happy with the heat pump. Air conditioner gives you instant relief. Today (anniversary of installation) he came out to do a "wellness" check and all is in tip top shape.

Honestly, we had a great experience with Canadian Pacific Heating & Cooling. We got quotes from 4 different companies, and Sam was by far one of the most knowledgeable and professional people we dealt with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was always quick to get back to us. We also had to make some changes to the original installation because of strata requirements, and Sam was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. On installation day, the team did a great job. There were a couple of unexpected issues that came up, but they worked through everything and explained our options along the way. They clearly cared about doing the job properly rather than just getting it done quickly. We’re really happy with our new heat pump and with the whole experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Canadian Pacific Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for a good, reliable HVAC company. 100% recommend!

I just got my condo heating and cooling unit replaced by Canadian Pacific Heating and Cooling. Dmitriy did a great job with the Diagnose giving me all the options I had. Sam handled all the quoting process and communicated in detail along with the scope meeting all strata requirement paperwork. There were zero delays because these guys are professionals. Once all approvals were done Dmitriy and Diyar installed the unit within exceptional timeframe. Thank you for making this process easy for me. You all did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!
